Built for people who actually show up.
Bravel is one app for training, nutrition and everything you track in between — with an AI coach that reads what you actually did, not what you planned to do.
Who's building it
Two friends who have been building Bravel for over a year — no agency, no outsourced team. If you email us, one of these two answers.
How it started
Both of us went back to the gym and hired coaches. Both coaches ran everything out of a spreadsheet — sets and reps in one tab, food in another, and whatever the watch recorded living somewhere else entirely. We write software for a living, and watching a training plan get managed in a Google Sheet was hard to sit with.
So we went looking for the app that ties it together: training, nutrition and daily activity in one place, actually talking to each other. The ones that came close wanted serious money. The ones we could afford did one thing thinly and left the rest to us. Nothing did the whole job, and nothing did it well.
So we started building it ourselves. That was over a year ago, and we're still at it — two friends, no agency, no outsourced team.
Why we're building it
It turned out not to be just us. Anyone training seriously ends up running five apps at once: one for the gym, one for macros, one for runs, one to read the watch, and one selling a coaching plan. None of them talk to each other. You log the same session twice, your calorie target ignores the workout you just finished, and the plan stays identical no matter what you actually lifted.
Bravel collapses that stack into one place where the parts know about each other. The nutrition target moves when the training does. The program adjusts to the set you just logged. One subscription instead of five, and one timeline instead of five histories you can never line up.
What we believe
Consistency beats intensity
A plan you follow for a year beats a perfect one you quit in three weeks. Every decision gets judged on whether it gets you to the next session.
One source of truth
Training, food, steps and sleep in a single timeline. If two numbers disagree, that's the app's problem to fix, not yours to reconcile.
Coaching reacts to what happened
Auto-progression reads your logged sets. Miss a Tuesday and the next session adapts on its own — no rebuilding the week by hand.
Your history is yours
Cancel whenever you want and keep your data. Leaving shouldn't cost you years of logs.
Where we are right now
Bravel hasn't launched yet. The app is in the hands of a small group of beta testers who train seriously and tell us when something is wrong. The waitlist is open — join it and you'll get a download link the day it ships, and nothing else in between.
